Pointe de la Torche, is one of the most popular surf spots in Brittany. Long white sand beaches welcome you. They are surrounded by high dunes. The Pointe de La Torche is an extraordinarily well-protected site, thanks in particular to its classification as a Natura 2000 zone and a Natural Zone of Ecological, Faunistic and Floristic Interest. Several spots are available for different levels. You have the Pors Carn (located in Saint-Guénolé Penmarc'h), the Pointe (overhang of land towards the sea), and the beach of La Torche. This beach is next to Tronoën beach and Kermabec beach.

What do you need to know before you get into the water? There are a lot of regulations because of the number of people in the summer. You have areas reserved for swimming. At the entrance of the beach, you can find all the regulations. In Pointe de la Torch you can surf at all tides. You always need to be careful with the side currents.

Swells from north-west to south-west through the west form waves on the beach.

On the parking lot you'll find an outdoor shower and sanitary facilities. As well as Surf schools & shops.
